In the employee handbook, p. 120, there is a shorter table of expectations for exceeds that Nathan shared, which required 5/15 exceeds. The next page starts new tables for promotion matrix based on track. What's the difference between those two tables with conflicting numbers? I assume you follow the table based on track, but why is that other one there with less?
